HAAD (Health Authority of Abu Dhabi) is the medical licensing eligibility exam conducted by Health Authority of Abu Dhabi for registered medical professionals who wish to take up a medical practice in Abu Dhabi.

A HAAD license is valid for 5 years from the date of passing the exam and it must be current and valid during a health professional’s practice. Additionally, it must also be renewed 3 months before the expiry date.

4. Apply for PSV – After the HAAD have pre-evaluated your documents, they will send you an email with the link to have your Primary Source Verification done. Pay your fees using internationally accredited credit cards and wait for your PSV report.
5. Schedule your HAAD exam – Once you get your HAAD prometric Reference No., you can schedule your examination.
6. Go to the test center – Be at the test center 1 hour before the scheduled test and do not forget your original passport and appointment receipt.
7. Wait for your result – You can get the result in 2 to 5 days after you have taken the test. Once you have passed the examination, your Sheryan Account will indicate that you have made it.
8. Go to Abu Dhabi – Once you have passed the exam, it is time for you to get your papers ready to travel abroad.
